Ingredients: 2 cubes Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon; 4 chicken thighs, without skin; 1/2 cups onion, cut into small squares; 1 sprig celery, washed and disinfected, without leaves and sliced; 1 cup leek, washed and disinfected, chopped; 2 carrots, washed and disinfected, peeled and cut into small cubes; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 2 1/2 cups water; 1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch

In a pot over high heat, sauté the chicken in the oil until it takes on a light golden color on all sides. Lower the heat and add the onion and garlic. Stir constantly until it becomes translucent. Add the carrot and cook, stirring constantly for a couple of minutes. Then add the celery and leek, integrate them well, and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring constantly.
