Chicken and Pico de Gallo Burritos

A fabulous chicken burrito that is deliciously healthy and very easy to make. The pico de gallo mixture pairs perfectly with the tortilla and chicken. It is ideal for dinner or breakfast.

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, granulated
  • 1 chicken breast, skinless
  • 2 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 2 tablespoons white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, its juice
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons Hellmann's Light® mayonnaise dressing

  • Melt the Primavera® Margarine unsalted over low heat and sauté the chicken breasts, season with Knorr® Suiza Granulated Chicken Broth.
  • For the pico de gallo, mix the onion, garlic, tomato, chili, lime juice, and pepper.
  • Heat the tortillas and spread each one with Hellmann's® Mayonnaise, add the chicken cut into strips, and finish with pico de gallo.
  • Wrap and serve.
