Chicken and Strip Flautas

These delicious Chicken and Strip Flautas are an easy and tasty recipe. Prepare this traditional Mexican recipe and serve it as a snack or main dish at your events.   • 2 chicken breasts
  • 250 grams rajas La Huerta
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Habanero tajin

  • In a pot with water, cook the chicken breasts for 30 minutes or until done.
  • Slice the onion and dice the tomato.
  • Remove the chicken from the water and shred it with your hands.
  • In a skillet, add the onion, tomato, and previously thawed La Huerta strips.
  • Once the onion, tomato, and strips are hot, add the chicken and season.
  • In each tortilla, place a portion of the chicken with strips and form the tacos. You can use a toothpick to hold the tacos together so they don't fall apart.
  • In a skillet with oil, fry the tacos.
  • Arrange the tacos and garnish them with La Huerta strips.
  • Serve with cream and avocado.
