In a pot with water, cook the chicken breasts for 30 minutes or until done.
Slice the onion and dice the tomato.
Remove the chicken from the water and shred it with your hands.
In a skillet, add the onion, tomato, and previously thawed La Huerta strips.
Once the onion, tomato, and strips are hot, add the chicken and season.
In each tortilla, place a portion of the chicken with strips and form the tacos. You can use a toothpick to hold the tacos together so they don't fall apart.
In a skillet with oil, fry the tacos.
