Chicken Anele

  • In a baking dish, place all the ingredients, put the chicken in, and massage well inside and out. Cover with aluminum foil and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and massage well, trying to keep the bay leaves and garlic inside the chicken. Line the wings with aluminum foil to prevent them from burning.
  • Drain the chicken and place it in a somewhat deep baking tray to prevent the chicken juices from spilling. Bake until golden brown.
