500 grams chicken cutlet, in pieces
300 grams asadero cheese, in cubes
200 grams bacon
150 milliliters dressing, Ranch
salt and pepper
500 grams puff pastry
wheat flour
1 egg
cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
In another skillet, fry the chopped bacon in large pieces.
Once you have both ingredients, mix with the cheese and ranch dressing until fully incorporated.
Cut the dough into 3 equal parts vertically and roll each one out with a rolling pin and a little flour, maintaining a rectangular shape.
Fill by placing the chicken, cheese, and bacon mixture in the center.
Wrap with the dough, first closing one of the longer sides, then the ends, and finally the second longer side.
Place them on a tray previously sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with egg and add shredded cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy.
