Chicken Bakes

Make these delicious chicken bakes at home, made with puff pastry and the rich flavor of ranch dressing with bacon. They are a perfect dish for a family weekend.

  • 500 grams chicken cutlet, in pieces
  • 300 grams asadero cheese, in cubes
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 150 milliliters dressing, Ranch
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • cheese, shredded

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  • In another skillet, fry the chopped bacon in large pieces.
  • Once you have both ingredients, mix with the cheese and ranch dressing until fully incorporated.
  • Cut the dough into 3 equal parts vertically and roll each one out with a rolling pin and a little flour, maintaining a rectangular shape.
  • Fill by placing the chicken, cheese, and bacon mixture in the center.
  • Wrap with the dough, first closing one of the longer sides, then the ends, and finally the second longer side.
  • Place them on a tray previously sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with egg and add shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy.
