1 chicken breast, breaded
4 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
1 pinch paprika
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt

In a skillet, fry the onion with balsamic vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt until caramelized.
Flatten the breast and season with spices (onion powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and nutmeg).
Spread hummus on the breast and roll it up, securing it with a toothpick.
Sear on low heat in a skillet.
Once cooked, serve with the caramelized onions.
