  • 1 chicken breast, breaded
  • 4 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

  • In a skillet, fry the onion with balsamic vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt until caramelized.
  • Flatten the breast and season with spices (onion powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and nutmeg).
