  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, for marinating the chicken
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, for marinating turkey
  • 1 pinch ground white pepper, for marinating turkey
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped, for marinating turkey
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, for marinating turkey
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 2 cups purple grapes, cut in half, for the sauce and for decoration
  • 1/4 cups white wine, for the Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk, for the Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk, for the Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, for the Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, in small cubes, for the Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated, for the Alfredo sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • white pepper

  • In a bowl, marinate the chicken with garlic, nutmeg, white pepper, rosemary, and olive oil for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a deep skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • For the sauce, in a skillet, heat the butter, add the garlic, and cook until they have a brighter and clearer color. Add half of the grapes and continue sautéing, then add the white wine, milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, and cheeses.
  • Return the breasts, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and thyme. Cook for a few minutes until the chicken is fully cooked, constantly basting with the sauce.
  • Serve on a plate and garnish with more fresh grapes.
