Heat the Capullo® 100% pure canola oil and butter in a pot over medium heat. When the Capullo® 100% pure canola oil is hot, add the flour and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. When the flour turns golden, add the heavy cream and milk, then let it thicken for 5 minutes over medium heat. Finally, stir in the Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and let the cheese melt. Set the Alfredo sauce aside.
Season the milanesa with salt and pepper. Place the flour on a plate, the egg in a deep plate, and finally the breadcrumbs on a flat plate. Dredge the milanesa in the flour, coating completely, then dip in the egg, and finally coat well with the breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Fry each milanesa in a pot with enough Capullo® 100% pure canola oil over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove and place on a plate with paper towels. Set aside.
Place a layer of milanesa in a baking dish, then add a layer of turkey ham and top with the Alfredo sauce. Finally, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve the Alfredo milanesa in the same baking dish and garnish with parsley.
