Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli

  • 2 teaspoons Knorr® Swiss granulated chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted margarine
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, reduced fat 1/2 cups sour cream, reduced fat
  • 2/3 cups low-fat milk 2/3 cups low-fat milk
  • 3 teaspoons Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, shredded 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli, in florets, blanched

  • In a hot skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of margarine. Cook the chicken breasts seasoned with 1/2 teaspoon of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Bouillon. Repeat the process for the other two breasts and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the milk, cream, cheeses, and season with the remaining teaspoon of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Bouillon. Let the cheese melt and mix all the ingredients.
  • Add the chicken to the sauce, cook for 2 minutes, and serve with warm broccoli.
