Ingredients: 2 teaspoons Knorr® Swiss granulated chicken broth; 2 teaspoons unsalted margarine; 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless; 1/2 cups sour cream, reduced fat; 2/3 cups low-fat milk; 3 teaspoons Mozzarella cheese; 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, shredded; 1 cup broccoli, in florets, blanched

In a hot skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of margarine. Cook the chicken breasts seasoned with 1/2 teaspoon of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Bouillon. Repeat the process for the other two breasts and set aside. In the same skillet, add the milk, cream, cheeses, and season with the remaining teaspoon of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Bouillon. Let the cheese melt and mix all the ingredients.
