Chicken Breast Tacos with Avocado

Excellent rich and healthy dinner of chicken breast tacos with avocado.

  • 4 chicken breasts, flattened into steak
  • 2 Avocados from México, large
  • olive oil, enough quantity for frying
  • 250 grams Cotija cheese, or grated panela cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas, wheat or whole grain
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • In the pan, we add a little oil and place the flattened chicken breasts, cooking on both sides until done, flipping only once on each side to prevent them from drying out, and then remove from heat.
  • In the same pan, we heat the flour tortillas and when they are soft, we remove them from the heat.
  • We cut and peel the avocados into strips and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • We assemble the tacos on the tortillas, cut the flattened breast in half, and distribute the halves among the 8 tortillas, placing the avocado, sprinkling the cheese, and they are ready to eat.
