Let the breasts season with Knorr Swiss seasoning and English sauce while preparing the filling.
Filling: In a skillet, put the oil and bacon to brown.
Add the peaches, sugar, salt, cloves, and a little water; let it form a paste, and if necessary, blend a little in the blender (reserve for assembly).
Assembly of the roll: Spread each chicken fillet, apply the filling, and roll up; if necessary, use toothpicks to keep the meat rolled.
In a skillet, seal each piece, drain, let cool, and remove toothpicks if necessary.
Beat the cream cheese until creamy, add pepper (reserve for the puff pastry wrap).
Beat the egg with a tablespoon of sugar (reserve for finishing the puff pastry).
Sprinkle the work table with flour and also the wooden rolling pin.
Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle on the flour.
Cut triangles large enough to completely cover each roll,
Spread the cream cheese on the pastry, place the chicken roll on top of the cheese.
Start rolling the pastry from one end with the chicken roll until completely wrapped in puff pastry.
Place the rolls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush each roll with beaten egg.
Sprinkle a little sugar on each roll.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pastry; the rolls will be golden when done.
Let cool, remove from parchment paper, and place each roll in a cup.
