Chicken for Picnic Filled with Fruits in Puff Pastry

A new option to eat cold, whether for a picnic, for dinner, or to take to work since it doesn't need heating to eat, and both kids and adults will love it.

  • 1 chicken breast, cut into 6 flattened fillets

  • 6 peaches, boneless and cut into small pieces, for the filling

  • 50 grams bacon, for the filling
  • 3 tablespoons sugar, for the filling

  • 50 milliliters water

  • Philadelphia® cream cheeses, for the topping
  • 1 egg, for the glaze of the puff pastry wrap
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, for the glaze and finish of the puff pastry wrap

  • Let the breasts season with Knorr Swiss seasoning and English sauce while preparing the filling.
  • Filling: In a skillet, put the oil and bacon to brown.
  • Add the peaches, sugar, salt, cloves, and a little water; let it form a paste, and if necessary, blend a little in the blender (reserve for assembly).
  • Assembly of the roll: Spread each chicken fillet, apply the filling, and roll up; if necessary, use toothpicks to keep the meat rolled.
  • In a skillet, seal each piece, drain, let cool, and remove toothpicks if necessary.
  • Beat the cream cheese until creamy, add pepper (reserve for the puff pastry wrap).
  • Beat the egg with a tablespoon of sugar (reserve for finishing the puff pastry).
  • Sprinkle the work table with flour and also the wooden rolling pin.
  • Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle on the flour.
  • Cut triangles large enough to completely cover each roll,
  • Spread the cream cheese on the pastry, place the chicken roll on top of the cheese.
  • Start rolling the pastry from one end with the chicken roll until completely wrapped in puff pastry.
  • Place the rolls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush each roll with beaten egg.
  • Sprinkle a little sugar on each roll.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pastry; the rolls will be golden when done.
  • Let cool, remove from parchment paper, and place each roll in a cup.
