Heat a large skillet with the oil and add the cinnamon sticks. Let cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the garlic and onion until golden brown.
Add the curry, water, Knorr® Chicken Bouillon cube, chicken breasts, and cook until it boils. Cover the skillet and lower the heat, cook for approximately 35 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the skillet. Continue cooking the broth by adding the cream and flour. Cook for 10 more minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet, add the ground almonds, and cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove from heat and discard the cinnamon.
Serve the breasts with sauce and garnish with sliced almonds.
