Chicken in Almond Sauce

  • Heat a large skillet with the oil and add the cinnamon sticks. Let cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the garlic and onion until golden brown.
  • Add the curry, water, Knorr® Chicken Bouillon cube, chicken breasts, and cook until it boils. Cover the skillet and lower the heat, cook for approximately 35 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet. Continue cooking the broth by adding the cream and flour. Cook for 10 more minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, add the ground almonds, and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Remove from heat and discard the cinnamon.
  • Serve the breasts with sauce and garnish with sliced almonds.
