Chicken in Mustard Sauce

An easy chicken recipe, delicious, tender, and juicy chicken breast drenched in mustard sauce. A very simple dish to make, perfect for when you want to enjoy chicken in a different way.

  • 2 cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 chicken breasts, cut in half
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Blend the cream cheese with the mustard, cornstarch, chicken broth, and honey.
  • Brown the chicken breasts (previously seasoned with salt and pepper) in a skillet with butter.
  • Peel and cut the carrots into thin strips.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish, distribute the carrots, pour the sauce over them, and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
