Slice the chicken breast (into strips and then into cubes).
Cut the bell pepper into large cubes of approximately 2 x 2 cm and the zucchini into slices. Drain the water from the canned mushrooms.
Season the chicken breast with salt, garlic powder, and lemon-pepper seasoning.
Take a skewer and brush it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert the chicken cubes until the skewer is filled, leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
In a pan, add a little oil and cook the chicken until fully cooked, being careful not to overcook it so that the chicken remains juicy.
Sauté the vegetables until cooked.
