Medium
  • Once we have each steak cleaned, we will bread them by first dipping them in breadcrumbs, then in beaten egg, and a second time in breadcrumbs (this will make them crispier), and once done, we will fry them in hot oil.
  • On the other hand, we will make a sofrito with finely chopped onion and carrots to create the sauce that will accompany the chicken steaks in carrot sauce.
  • After about 10 minutes, we will add a little water to the sofrito and blend it until we create a carrot cream, in which we will also dissolve a concentrated chicken broth cube.
  • Finally, we will place the breaded and fried steaks in the pot with the sauce and let them soak for a few minutes before serving.
