Chipotle Chicken Breasts

Easy and delicious chicken breast fillets accompanied by a very simple chipotle cream that's even more enjoyable.

  • 1 chicken breast, cut into six fillets
  • 1 can chipotle chile, small
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 liters sour cream
  • 1 cube granulated chicken bouillon
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • 1/4 onions, fileted

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry the seasoned chicken breasts without browning them.
  • Next, remove them from the saucepan; in the remaining fat, sauté the onion until soft, then add the cream with the chipotles and the previously blended Knorr Swiss cube.
  • Finally, return the breasts to the saucepan and add the mushrooms, leaving them for 3 more minutes on the heat, and it's ready.
