In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry the seasoned chicken breasts without browning them. Next, remove them from the saucepan; in the remaining fat, sauté the onion until soft, then add the cream with the chipotles and the previously blended Knorr Swiss cube. Finally, return the breasts to the saucepan and add the mushrooms, leaving them for 3 more minutes on the heat, and it's ready.
