For the cordon blue: We will take the chicken breast and cut it in half.
We will place a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, a spinach leaf, and a teaspoon of salt on each half. We will roll it up and secure it with toothpicks.
We will put our chicken breast in a pre-greased pan with 1 tablespoon of margarine (over medium heat) and cook until golden brown and no longer raw.
For the sauce: We will sauté the mushrooms along with the onion in a pan with 1 tablespoon of margarine until golden.
We will add the cream along with the walnuts and mix for 1 more minute.
Remove the pan from the heat.
