That's why we prepared this delicious recipe for Hawaiian Chicken Breasts with Bacon, featuring a sweet and sour sauce that you can make on the stove. Cooking this recipe with chicken will be so easy that you can broil the cheese in the oven for an extra delicious flavor.
3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for the sauce
2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped, for the sauce
1/4 cups lime juice, for the sauce
1/4 cups ketchup, for the sauce
1/2 cups soy sauce, for the sauce
1 cup raw sugar, for the sauce
4 chicken breasts, cleaned and skinless
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
3 cups pineapple, cut into cubes
1/2 cups Fud® Manchego cheese, grated
1 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cups green onion, only the stems, chopped

For the teriyaki sauce, heat a small pot over medium heat and cook the FUD® Smoked Bacon until golden, add the garlic, ginger, lemon juice, ketchup, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Cook until reduced to a shiny sauce. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter, sear the chicken breasts until golden, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with the glaze, and cook until done.
Add the pineapple, sprinkle a bit of FUD® Manchego cheese, and continue cooking until it melts with the heat.
Serve the breasts accompanied by red onion and green onion tops.
