For the teriyaki sauce, heat a small pot over medium heat and cook the FUD® Smoked Bacon until golden, add the garlic, ginger, lemon juice, ketchup, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Cook until reduced to a shiny sauce. Set aside. Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter, sear the chicken breasts until golden, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with the glaze, and cook until done.
