Herb-Marinated Chicken Breasts

A healthy recipe with lots of flavor thanks to the combination of spices, vinegar, and mustard.

  • 4 boneless chicken breast, and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Special® mustard with honey and vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil special extra
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Place vinegar, rosemary, mustard, garlic powder, and olive oil in a resealable bag.
  • Season the chicken breasts and place in the marinade. Seal the bag and shake.
  • Marinate for at least 3 hours or up to 1 day.
  • Heat a skillet, when hot, place the chicken breasts and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
