Spring Chicken Wrapped in Foil

This is a very healthy and nutritious dish that everyone can enjoy. It is a delicious spring chicken wrapped in foil and has a nice presentation.

  • 1 chicken breast, flattened and cut into 6 breaded pieces
  • 1/2 onions, sliced into strips
  • 12 leaves epazote
  • 3 bell peppers, chopped
  • 250 grams button mushrooms
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3 nopales, cooked and chopped
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Cut aluminum foil into 6 pieces. Cut the butter into 6 squares.
  • Place the breaded chicken on the aluminum foil, add some cactus, raw mushrooms, raw peppers, and 2 leaves of epazote, 1 square of butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold the aluminum foil to wrap the chicken breast.
  • Place the wrapped chicken breasts in a steamer and cook for 1 hour.
