2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime juice
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste
4 boneless chicken breast, and skinless
4 slices feta cheese
4 slices bacon, fried and drained

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper well.
Make a lateral cut in each breast to create a sort of pocket. Fill each breast with 1 slice of feta cheese and 1 slice of bacon.
Preferably secure the opening with toothpicks or by tying it.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with the prepared oil.
Herbs can be added if desired.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, occasionally basting the breasts with the oil from the dish.
