Stuffed Chicken with Walnut and Mushroom Sauce

This recipe for stuffed chicken and walnut sauce with mushrooms is the perfect balance of food.

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices deli ham, york
  • 1 cup button mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup onion, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups walnuts

  • We debone the chicken breast and divide it in half, then open a cavity in each half and insert cheese, sealing with toothpicks.
  • We cook the breast for 10 minutes, then remove it and grill until golden brown.
  • For the sauce: sauté the mushrooms with the onion in butter.
  • Then we add cream and walnuts.
  • Cut the breast into rolls of 3 centimeters and add the sauce.
