1 chicken breast
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
2 slices deli ham, york
1 cup button mushrooms
1 tablespoon margarine
salt, and pepper
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup onion, in cubes
1/2 cups walnuts

We debone the chicken breast and divide it in half, then open a cavity in each half and insert cheese, sealing with toothpicks.
We cook the breast for 10 minutes, then remove it and grill until golden brown.
For the sauce: sauté the mushrooms with the onion in butter.
Then we add cream and walnuts.
Cut the breast into rolls of 3 centimeters and add the sauce.
