We debone the chicken breast and divide it in half, then open a cavity in each half and insert cheese, sealing with toothpicks. We cook the breast for 10 minutes, then remove it and grill until golden brown. For the sauce: sauté the mushrooms with the onion in butter. Then we add cream and walnuts. Cut the breast into rolls of 3 centimeters and add the sauce.
