  • 1 chicken
  • 3 garlics, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bunch herbs de provence
  • 1 cola
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 500 grams lard
  • salt
  • corn tortillas
  • pepper

  • Heat the lard in a skillet until golden brown.
  • Add the cola, orange juice, garlic, onion, and herbs.
