3 garlics, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 bunch herbs de provence
1 cola
1 cup orange juice
500 grams lard
salt

Preparation

Cut the chicken and season it with salt and pepper.
Heat the lard in a skillet until golden brown.
Add the cola, orange juice, garlic, onion, and herbs.
Cook for 45 minutes
Remove the chicken from the sauce and chop it into pieces.
