Chicken Cordon Bleu Rolls

It is a somewhat elaborate dish but very tasty and impressive, it has a strong flavor due to the white wine and Gruyère cheese, but it is delicious.

  • 1 kilo chicken breast, in breaded cutlets or steaks
  • 1/4 deli ham, sliced
  • 200 grams Gruyère cheese
  • 100 grams butter
  • flour, as needed
  • 1 liter sour cream
  • 3/4 liters dry white wine
  • granulated chicken bouillon, to taste
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Coat the chicken breasts on one side only with flour, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Knorr Suiza.
  • Place a slice of ham on each flour-coated chicken cutlet.
  • Place a small piece of Gruyère cheese and roll it up.
  • Cut into rolls 5 or 6 cm wide, securing them with a toothpick, with the floured side facing out. As shown in the image.
  • Fry until golden with butter. As shown in the image.
  • Place them in a deep baking dish and pour in the white wine and cream, mixing a little. As shown in the image.
  • Bake at 175°C in a preheated oven, covered with aluminum foil until the meat is tender and the sauce is creamy.
  • Serve with white rice or spaghetti.
