Chicken Cordon Bleu Rolls

It is a somewhat elaborate dish but very tasty and impressive, it has a strong flavor due to the white wine and Gruyère cheese, but it is delicious.

1 kilo chicken breast, in breaded cutlets or steaks
1/4 deli ham, sliced
200 grams Gruyère cheese
100 grams butter
flour, as needed
1 liter sour cream
3/4 liters dry white wine
granulated chicken bouillon, to taste
salt
pepper

Coat the chicken breasts on one side only with flour, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Knorr Suiza.
Place a slice of ham on each flour-coated chicken cutlet.
Place a small piece of Gruyère cheese and roll it up.
Cut into rolls 5 or 6 cm wide, securing them with a toothpick, with the floured side facing out. As shown in the image.
Fry until golden with butter. As shown in the image.
Place them in a deep baking dish and pour in the white wine and cream, mixing a little. As shown in the image.
Bake at 175°C in a preheated oven, covered with aluminum foil until the meat is tender and the sauce is creamy.
Serve with white rice or spaghetti.
