Coat the chicken breasts on one side only with flour, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Knorr Suiza. Place a slice of ham on each flour-coated chicken cutlet. Place a small piece of Gruyère cheese and roll it up. Cut into rolls 5 or 6 cm wide, securing them with a toothpick, with the floured side facing out. As shown in the image. Fry until golden with butter. As shown in the image. Place them in a deep baking dish and pour in the white wine and cream, mixing a little. As shown in the image. Bake at 175°C in a preheated oven, covered with aluminum foil until the meat is tender and the sauce is creamy. Serve with white rice or spaghetti.
