2 tablespoons curry, in hot pasta
14 ounces chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1/4 liters FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
salt, and pepper
2 teaspoons vegetable oil, (for the rice)
1 onion, sliced (for the rice)
1 1/2 pounds white rice, cooked (for the rice)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 ounce seedless raisin
fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Place the tomato sauce in a small saucepan, add the curry paste, and heat gently.
Meanwhile, for the rice, heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion for 4 minutes until well browned.
Add the rice, turmeric, and raisins, set to low heat for 3-4 minutes, adding a little water if the mixture is dry.
Add the chicken and FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yoghurt to the tomato mixture, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes until heated through.
Add the sugar and season to taste.
Season the rice, divide onto plates.
Pour over the chicken mixture and garnish with cilantro.
