  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® with lemon juice, for the meat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, for the meat
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for the meat
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the meat
  • 1/2 tablespoons oregano, for the meat
  • 1/4 bunches cilantro, for the meat
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, for the meat
  • salt, for the meat
  • pepper, for the meat
  • 2 eggs, for breading
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs, for breading
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup McCormick® with lemon juice, for the dressing
  • 1/3 cups Sriracha sauce, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

  • Use a food processor to grind the chicken breast, McCormick® with lime juice, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic, oregano, cilantro, Manchego cheese, salt, and pepper. Process for 2 minutes and set aside.
  • Take a portion of the meat and shape the donuts, making a hole in the center. Freeze for 25 minutes.
  • Dip the donuts in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs, and remove the excess. Repeat the process until all the donuts are finished.
  • Heat the oil in a semi-deep saucepan over medium heat and fry the chicken donuts for 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  • For the dressing: mix McCormick® with lime juice, sriracha sauce, and green onions. Serve the chicken donuts with the dressing.
