Chicken Fingers with Hummus

To get out of any bind, prepare these delicious chicken fingers for your guests, paired with delicious hummus; making the perfect combination of flavors.

  • Cut the chicken breast into strips, rub the garlic on the chicken strips. Season with salt and pepper and coat them in oil. Add the curry and let it marinate.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet, take the marinated chicken and coat it: 1 in the egg and milk mixture, 2 in the breadcrumbs with basil and curry, and 3 in the skillet. Repeat until all pieces are well fried.
  • Sprinkle paprika on top of the hummus and dip the fingers in it.
