Cut the chicken breast into strips, rub the garlic on the chicken strips. Season with salt and pepper and coat them in oil. Add the curry and let it marinate.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet, take the marinated chicken and coat it: 1 in the egg and milk mixture, 2 in the breadcrumbs with basil and curry, and 3 in the skillet. Repeat until all pieces are well fried.
Sprinkle paprika on top of the hummus and dip the fingers in it.
