1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless, halved and slightly flattened
salt
1 can Carnation® Clavel® evaporated milk
190 grams cream cheese
1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
1 clove garlic
1/8 onions
2 serrano chiles, roasted and deveined
1 tablespoon butter
salt
2 tablespoons bacon, fried and chopped for decoration

Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and cook the chicken on both sides until cooked through and golden brown. Set aside.
For the sauce, blend CARNATION® CLAVEL® evaporated milk with cream cheese, manchego cheese, garlic, onion, and serrano chili.
Heat a deep skillet and add the butter, then add the sauce and chicken, cooking for about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
Serve the chicken with the sauce and garnish with fried bacon.
