Chicken in Cheese Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless, halved and slightly flattened
  • salt
  • 1 can Carnation® Clavel® evaporated milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 onions
  • 2 serrano chiles, roasted and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons bacon, fried and chopped for decoration

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and cook the chicken on both sides until cooked through and golden brown. Set aside.
  • For the sauce, blend CARNATION® CLAVEL® evaporated milk with cream cheese, manchego cheese, garlic, onion, and serrano chili.
  • Heat a deep skillet and add the butter, then add the sauce and chicken, cooking for about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
  • Serve the chicken with the sauce and garnish with fried bacon.
