Chicken in chorizo sauce is a very quick, delicious, and impressive dish; it's great for a banquet for many people since it's fast and economical.

1 chicken breast, in cutlets
2 chorizos
1/4 liters sour cream
1 can red bell pepper, drained
granulated chicken bouillon, as needed
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Sauté the chorizo in a pot and set aside.
Reserve some chorizo to garnish each plate.
Blend the remaining chorizo with bell peppers and cream.
Cook the seasoned chicken cutlets with a touch of Knorr Swiss in the same pot as the chorizo until cooked on both sides.
Pour the blended mixture over the already cooked meat and let it cook a little longer; the sauce will change to a salmon color.
Adjust the seasoning if necessary with a little more salt, pepper, and Knorr Swiss.
Serve accompanied by mashed potatoes or white rice garnished with the chorizo we reserved. Enjoy!!
