Chicken in Chorizo Sauce

Chicken in chorizo sauce is a very quick, delicious, and impressive dish; it's great for a banquet for many people since it's fast and economical.

  • 1 chicken breast, in cutlets
  • 2 chorizos
  • 1/4 liters sour cream
  • 1 can red bell pepper, drained
  • granulated chicken bouillon, as needed
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Sauté the chorizo in a pot and set aside.
  • Reserve some chorizo to garnish each plate.
  • Blend the remaining chorizo with bell peppers and cream.
  • Cook the seasoned chicken cutlets with a touch of Knorr Swiss in the same pot as the chorizo until cooked on both sides.
  • Pour the blended mixture over the already cooked meat and let it cook a little longer; the sauce will change to a salmon color.
  • Adjust the seasoning if necessary with a little more salt, pepper, and Knorr Swiss.
  • Serve accompanied by mashed potatoes or white rice garnished with the chorizo we reserved. Enjoy!!
