Sauté the chorizo in a pot and set aside. Reserve some chorizo to garnish each plate. Blend the remaining chorizo with bell peppers and cream. Cook the seasoned chicken cutlets with a touch of Knorr Swiss in the same pot as the chorizo until cooked on both sides. Pour the blended mixture over the already cooked meat and let it cook a little longer; the sauce will change to a salmon color. Adjust the seasoning if necessary with a little more salt, pepper, and Knorr Swiss. Serve accompanied by mashed potatoes or white rice garnished with the chorizo we reserved. Enjoy!!
