This recipe is a very simple way to make chicken with mole. This Mexican dish tends to be very complex to prepare; now you can easily make it at home. Don't hesitate any longer and give it a try.
Remove the seeds from the chiles. Place them in a pot with enough water to cover and bring to a boil.
Once they are soft, turn off the heat and let cool.
Place the cloves, pepper, oregano, cinnamon, cumin, chiles, a little vinegar, salt, pour in 1 1/2 cups of water, and blend until you obtain a fine mixture.
Place the pieces of chicken in a dish or pot and pour the sauce obtained over them.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Boil and add the bay leaves.
Serve hot.
