Chicken in Mushroom Sauce and Spices

The best chicken recipe is this one we made with a creamy mushroom sauce; we added all the necessary flavor by incorporating our special spice blend and perfumed it with a bit of white wine. It’s ideal for dinner TONIGHT or this weekend.

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 1/2 pinches ground cumin
  • 2 ground cloves
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom, Campbell's®
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk

  • Mix rosemary, thyme, pepper, cumin, cloves, and salt in a bowl. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken breasts and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts for 5 minutes or until they are well browned.
  • Add the cans of Campbell's cream of mushrooms, let it cook for 20 minutes over low heat, add the milk and adjust the seasoning. Allow this preparation to thicken a bit and finish cooking the chicken breasts.
