In a pressure cooker, place the garlic, onion, peppers, chicken, and salt; cook until the chicken is done, approximately 15 minutes.
Set aside the chicken pieces.
For the sauce, add the walnut, cream cheese, chicken bouillon cube, milk, and 1/4 cup of chicken broth, and blend.
In a hot skillet, add the chicken pieces and coat them with the walnut sauce over low heat.
When it boils, add the blueberries and let it simmer for 1 more minute.
