Chicken in Walnut Sauce and Blueberries

I share with you this super practical and easy-to-make recipe, in addition to being delicious. It is very creamy, and the walnut and blueberry flavor give it a perfect touch.

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • salt
  • 4 pepper, large
  • 250 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cubes chicken bullion
  • 90 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 30 grams cranberries

  • In a pressure cooker, place the garlic, onion, peppers, chicken, and salt; cook until the chicken is done, approximately 15 minutes. Set aside the chicken pieces.
  • For the sauce, add the walnut, cream cheese, chicken bouillon cube, milk, and 1/4 cup of chicken broth, and blend.
  • In a hot skillet, add the chicken pieces and coat them with the walnut sauce over low heat.
  • When it boils, add the blueberries and let it simmer for 1 more minute.
