Cut the breasts into 3 pieces like fillets. Sear them on the grill (brown both sides but do not cook completely).
Remove them and place in lemon juice and oregano, set aside. Sauté the onion and add the Swiss chard, cook for one minute and season to taste. Add grated cheese. Set aside.
Grease a baking tray and place one chicken breast on it, then on top, add some Swiss chard, then another layer of breast, then some corn, another layer of breast, and finally a strip of bell pepper and a piece of quartirolo cheese.
Form four chicken millefeuilles this way. Bake until golden and finish cooking the breasts. Serve with salad or mashed potatoes.
