Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts; lime juice, as needed; oregano, salt and pepper to taste; 200 grams chard, or boiled and chopped spinach; 1 onion, small, chopped; 1 can ear corn, creamy; 1 can bell pepper; cheeses, quartirolo, as needed; grated cheese, as needed; seasoning, to taste

Cut the breasts into 3 pieces like fillets. Sear them on the grill (brown both sides but do not cook completely). Remove them and place in lemon juice and oregano, set aside. Sauté the onion and add the Swiss chard, cook for one minute and season to taste. Add grated cheese. Set aside.
