1 kilo chicken breast, boneless, skinless, and in medium cubes
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons Huichol® Habanera Sauce
4 eggs
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground pepper
salt
1/4 teaspoons baking powder
vegetable oil, for frying

Place the chicken in a bowl and cover with milk and Huichol® Habanero Sauce. Mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, ground pepper, salt, and baking powder in a bowl until well combined. Beat the egg in another bowl. Remove the chicken from the milk and coat it in the flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally back into the flour.
Fry each piece of chicken popcorn in a pot with hot oil over medium heat for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oil and place on a plate with paper towels.
Serve the chicken popcorn in a basket and accompany with Huichol® Habanero Sauce.
