Place the chicken in a bowl and cover with milk and Huichol® Habanero Sauce. Mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, ground pepper, salt, and baking powder in a bowl until well combined. Beat the egg in another bowl. Remove the chicken from the milk and coat it in the flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally back into the flour.
