Chicken Stew with Tomato

  • 5 teaspoons Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon
  • 600 grams chicken breast, skinless and boneless, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cups onion, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cups almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, washed and disinfected, without stem
  • 5 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine

  • In a medium pot, melt the unsalted Primavera Chantilly® margarine and sear the chicken until golden brown on all sides.
  • Add the onion and garlic and sauté with the chicken, stirring constantly. Add almonds and parsley, stir well to mix the ingredients.
  • Pour in the water and add the Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning, dissolving it well. Cover the pot and cook for 25-30 minutes once it boils. Remove from heat, let it rest for 5 minutes, and serve.
