600 grams chicken breast, skinless and boneless, cut into medium cubes
2 cups water
1/2 cups onion, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cups almonds, chopped
1 cup parsley, washed and disinfected, without stem
5 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine

In a medium pot, melt the unsalted Primavera Chantilly® margarine and sear the chicken until golden brown on all sides.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté with the chicken, stirring constantly. Add almonds and parsley, stir well to mix the ingredients.
Pour in the water and add the Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning, dissolving it well. Cover the pot and cook for 25-30 minutes once it boils. Remove from heat, let it rest for 5 minutes, and serve.
