Fry the chorizo with the onion in a little oil and then add the tomatillos.
Blend the tomatoes with the chipotle pepper, a little water (it can be the water where the tomatoes were cooked or some chicken broth), seasonings if desired (tomato bouillon cube, garlic, onion) and salt.
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, including the shredded chicken.
Let it dry a bit and serve in tacos or tostadas.
