Marinated Wings

We give you the best recipe for Marinated Wings that you can prepare with a dry chili marinade, perfect to pair with vegetables and a delicious blue cheese dressing.   • 1 kilo chicken wings
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chile powder
  • 2 tablespoons salsa macha
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper, with lemon
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 guajillo chiles, cleaned, deveined, and soaked in hot water
  • 3 morita chiles, cleaned, deveined, and soaked in hot water
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, grilled
  • 2 tablespoons allspice berry
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 onions, grilled
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • blue cheese dressing, for serving
  • celery, in sticks for serving
  • carrot, in sticks, for serving

  • In a bowl, mix the wings with lemon juice, paprika, chili powder, salsa macha, season with salt and lemon pepper, and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a pan over high heat with oil, fry the wings until they are well browned. Remove from the pan and set aside. Wash the pan with Salvo® more power*, expert in cutting grease. *vs Salvo Cleaning and Care.
  • For the marinade, blend the chiles with the unpeeled garlic, allspice, cumin, onion, lemon juice, and butter until you get a smooth sauce.
  • In the same pan, cook the marinade until it reduces slightly, add the wings and coat with the sauce, cook for a few minutes. Remove and serve with blue cheese dressing and vegetable sticks.
