Chicken with Almonds and Red Pepper

  • 2 Tyson® chicken breasts (boneless and skinless), cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 onions, cut into small cubes
  • 1 red chile, cut into strips
  • 1 cup almonds, filleted previously toasted
  • corn oil, necessary amount
  • soy sauce, to taste

  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Heat the corn oil in a wok and sauté the chicken breasts.
  • Set aside in a container.
  • In the wok used for the chicken, sauté the onion, pepper, and the previously cut chili.
  • Incorporate the chicken and the almonds, and add the soy sauce.
  • Serve with white rice.
