Chicken with Hibiscus Sauce

2 cups hibiscus flower
3 onions, sliced into rings
2 cloves garlic
8 chickens, thigh, drumstick, or breast
250 grams walnuts, chopped
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch fine herbs
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 cups water

Boil the water and add the hibiscus flower. Cover and set aside.
In a large skillet, fry the onion until it becomes transparent, then add the whole garlic. Remove the onion and set aside.
In the same skillet, sear the seasoned chicken pieces. Blend the hibiscus water and pour it into the skillet with the chicken.
Add chopped walnuts and fine herbs. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Add the cornstarch diluted in water and cook for 5 more minutes.
When serving, add onion and accompany with white rice.
