Chicken with Hibiscus Sauce

  • Boil the water and add the hibiscus flower. Cover and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, fry the onion until it becomes transparent, then add the whole garlic. Remove the onion and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sear the seasoned chicken pieces. Blend the hibiscus water and pour it into the skillet with the chicken.
  • Add chopped walnuts and fine herbs. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Add the cornstarch diluted in water and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • When serving, add onion and accompany with white rice.
