Chicken with Mushrooms and Beer

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée
  • 1 can beer
  • 1/2 cups canned mushroom
  • Jalapeño chile
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 onions, sliced

  • Season the chicken to taste and place it in a skillet to fry with the butter.
  • Once fried on both sides, remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, fry the onion (if necessary, add more butter or oil) without letting it brown too much.
  • Then add the tomato puree, beer, mushrooms, jalapeño, and the pieces of chicken, allowing it to boil. Season and serve.
