4 chicken thighs
1/2 cups tomato purée
1 can beer
1/2 cups canned mushroom
Jalapeño chile
2 tablespoons butter
salt
pepper
1/2 onions, sliced

Season the chicken to taste and place it in a skillet to fry with the butter.
Once fried on both sides, remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, fry the onion (if necessary, add more butter or oil) without letting it brown too much.
Then add the tomato puree, beer, mushrooms, jalapeño, and the pieces of chicken, allowing it to boil. Season and serve.
