Chicken with Peanut

  • 6 chickens
  • 1 kilo tomato
  • 10 dried árbol chiles
  • 100 grams peanuts, peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 pepper, girls
  • 2 cloves, of spices

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • Cook the chicken with 2 liters of water, one clove of garlic, and a piece of onion; once cooked, set aside.
  • Boil the tomato with the árbol chiles.
  • The chili is ground with the tomato, strained, and the sauce is ground again with the peanut, garlic, and onion, along with the spices and the bolillo.
  • In a saucepan, add the tablespoon of oil, add the sauce, and let it boil for 5 minutes, then add the pre-cooked chicken and salt, and let it boil for 5 more minutes.
