Delicious chipotle chicken that everyone will love. The chicken is shredded in a rich and creamy chipotle sauce. It's a very simple recipe full of flavor and has the little spicy touch that you will adore.

1 boneless chicken breast, no skin, in pieces
1 cup sour cream
1 can chipotle chile, small
1 pinch salt and pepper
tablespoons granulated chicken bouillon
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil

Fry the pieces of chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and powdered chicken broth.
Pour in the cream, stir well.
Pour in the entire adobo from the can of chiles. And if you prefer, one or two chipotles. Let it sit for about 3 minutes to absorb the flavor.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped cilantro.
